Mr Ngako previously served as a Senior Associate at Ruth Edmonds Attorneys Incorporated for 20 years, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge in labour law litigation, arbitration, and mediation. He holds a B. Proc degree from Walter Sisulu University (formerly the University of Transkei) and is well-respected in the legal community, often acting as a Judge in the Labour Court.
